Storage is one the fastest growing segments in the home improvement industry and The Space Station brand has been developed to capitalize on opportunities across all areas of the home and is suited to a wide range of markets . Marketing Development , a long established marketing and sales agency, has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of household consumer products including product development, brand marketing and advertising / promotional programmes . We are seeking to appoint exclusive State Licensees who will be responsible for the sales / distribution of products featured on The Space Station , including recruitment and appointment of sub Agents / Distributors --within their territory.

| Marketing Support |
To ensure brand awareness we will provide access to an advertising and promotional programme on a national basis utilising various areas of media with leads provided to the State Licensee, listing of the State Licensees contact details on our website, brochures , samples and other sales materials as provided by Manufacturers, order and supply co-ordination |

| Investment Required |
The State Licensee will need to have the resources to import products from overseas manufacturers on a regular basis with payment by Letter of Credit . Initial opening stock order to the value of $60,000 to $100,000 ( variation by State ) Plus Annual License Fee - 1 st year - $20 ,000 2nd year - $15 ,000 . Showroom and Warehousing facilities will be required . |
